Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
WEATHER POLICY
In light rain or forecast rain, cruises will continue as planned unless the Captain deems conditions unsafe. In the event of a named tropical storm, hurricane, thunderstorm, high winds or unusually low temperatures, cruises will be postponed for safety and rescheduled to a later date of the clients’ choosing at no cost.
Ideally customers will be notified of possible weather affecting the charter at least 24 hours prior to departure time.
Customer Elected Cancellation: If cancellation is 15 days or more from the departure date customer can be refunded the total amount minus a $50 Processing fee.
If cancellation is 14 days or less than from the scheduled departure date customer will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
Reschedule Policy:
If request to reschedule is 15 days or more prior to the departure date customer can be rescheduled with no fees.
If request to reschedule is any less than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date customer will incur a $200 rescheduling fee.
The overall goal is to ensure our charter clients have an amazing time! Our policy is an industry standard set to allow safe charter operations.
